Tom graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. Whilst studying, Tom was heavily involved in assisting local cricket, AFL, rugby and football teams in treating injuries and prescribing exercise rehabilitation plans. This experience has strengthened Tom’s passion for musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, and he has received further training via the Australian Physiotherapy Associations Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy Course.
Tom himself has a strong sporting background, having competed as a rugby player for many years. His knowledge is further supported by completing: Dry Needling training, and Certificates III and IV in Fitness. Tom strives to include exercise and other modalities of treatment as part of a holistic approach to physiotherapy and managing musculoskeletal injuries.
