As a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Rod has clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings in both Australia and overseas.  In 2013 he successfully completed the Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy training program and is one of 55 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists in Australia.

Rod is a graduate of the University of Queensland, completing both undergraduate physiotherapy, a postgraduate Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and also completed his specialisation and is very experienced at treating spinal pain.  He is an experienced clinician, working in a variety of healthcare settings and has worked with international sporting teams including the Australian Rowing, British Rowing team, British Swimming team and Minardi Formula One team.

Rod teaches on the postgraduate musculoskeletal and sports Masters course at UQ as a guest lecturer and clinical educator.  He is a treating physiotherapist on several research trials.  He has an interest in persistent spinal pain, rowing injuries, temporomandibular pain (TMJ) but will happily treat and help you construct a managemet plan for your condition.
